The FADS Headquarters project centers on transforming a compact site into a vibrant, resilient, and welcoming environment. The design vision focused on enlivening the headquarters with a xerophytic planting palette that thrives in drought conditions while offering striking visual interest. Agaves, desert roses, and other sculptural, low‑maintenance species form the backbone of the landscape, creating a bold identity for the organization.
