Owen Roberts International Airport ORIA

Owen Roberts International Airport is the flagship international airport in the Cayman Islands. In 2014, the Airport Authority introduced a major redevelopment plan for Owen Roberts International Airport as part of a wider initiative to modernize all three airports in the Cayman Islands. The proposal included expanding the existing terminal, increasing passenger, public, and staff parking, enlarging apron and taxi areas, and extending the runway. Longer-term plans also included the construction of a second terminal, known as the Green Space Terminal, and the addition of a parallel taxiway.
